One Day... 6 Places

1. Italy/ Florida- i think it should count as one because i mentioned them in my last post and i can't think of any other places to put.

2. Liverpool, England- I decided that I'd go here while i was watching Across the Universe. It sounds rather swell.

3. Boston, MA- So much history. I don't even like history but something about Boston just calls my attention.

4. Yellowstone National Park- It's like Yosemite in another state! I want to hear what a real buffalo sounds like. (shout out to Ryan Allen)

5. Washington, DC- I want to go to the Smithsonian. It looks really cool and i think it would be fun to check it out.

6. Ireland- Because it's cool! Well, I've never been there but it sure does look cool.

7. To overcome any trials that may come my way (i know it'll be hard but i guess i want to have the strength to do so)

One Day I Had 8 Fears...

If you ever mess with me in ANY way with the following information, you WILL put a damper on our relationship.

1. Big dogs- it's a childhood thing

2. Drowning/ Not breathing- it's a "you wanna see me cry?" thing

3. For a serial killer to read this blog and hurt me because they now know my fears- it's a "please don't use this against me" thing.

4. To have a full head of white hairs before I'm 40- it's a Hernandez thing

5. Paranormal Activity (part 1)- it's a holy ghost/ comfort thing

6. Lucifer (he's the real deal. don't underestimate him)- it's a "do you really need further explanation?" thing

7. To truly disappoint others- it's a personal thing

8. To fall (literally. i recently found that i have bad balance)- it's a pain thing

One Day I Found 9 Loves...

Things that I love!

1 Carmex- I don't know what i would do without it. We have a strong connection and I don't care what anybody says, Carmex is better than Burt's Bees!

2 My Cameraita- I love it! Without it, I wouldn't be able to record the greatest moments of my life. I'm horrible at keeping journals so my camera does the job. :)

3 CTR ring- My ring means the world to me for two reasons. First, growing up nobody around me had one. It kinda made me feel special to have something that wasn't common. (like i said, when i was young.) Second, it truly helps me the way it should. This last Sunday during Tom's class Bob Whitaker said that the CTR ring can also stand for Comfort, Teach, and Remind. Another plus is that my dad picked out my current ring. (i think that makes it a little more special)

4 FHE- It's the one thing that i feel i do right. I get the best of both worlds. I get to teach/ learn/ listen to great lessons/ messages/ people and i get to hang out with the most uplifting people i know. I highly recommend going to a FHE near you. (i said that like a commercial announcer) If not, make your own. :)

5 Books- I get to go into my own little world when i read. If it describes a really hot guy in the book, i get to imagine what I feel is a good looking guy not what a movie forces me to look at. ;) I'll admit. I haven't always liked reading. I give Mrs. Cooke (sophomore English teacher @ Pitman high) all the credit for my passion for reading.

6 Movies- Okay, don't misunderstand what i said under "books." I absolutely LOVE movies! Without movies... i wouldn't feel better on sick days, bonding with family and friends would be harder, rainy days would be colder, late nights would be longer. I'm always down to watch a movie so, Call me.

7 Friends- without my friends i wouldn't be the person i am today. They helped me in ways that nobody else could. All of those late night hot chocolate runs we would do helped me in the biggest ways imaginable. I'm not saying that my family hasn't helped me become who i am today but there is only so much they can do for me. So, when i was being stubborn my friends stepped in to help me see the bright side.

8 Laying on my trampoline in the summer time- definitely the most relaxing thing i could ever do! It's my favorite thing to do in the summer time. I'm really sad that not many people like to do my favorite past time with me but i don't care that much because it's my favorite thing to do and no one will ever get me to not do that. (does that make sense?) What I'm trying to say is, I don't mind being alone but company is always welcome.

9 That awesome religion of mine (LDS, in case you didn't know). Go here to learn more. OR you can just ask me and I'll be more than happy to answer as many questions as possible. Does this count as a missionary moment? I think, YES!

One Day I Revealed 10 Secrets About Me...

This is in no particular order... Don't Judge!

1. Ever since I took an English class with the "English Nazi," I'm very self-conscience about my my grammar and sentence structure.

2. I'm a shy person around new people. People don't like to accept this fact about me but it's true. I'm not a fan of people I don't know.

3. "Stupid" is a really hurtful word. Please don't call me stupid unless you want to put a damper on our friendship.

4. I hate the sound/ feeling when i accidentally step on a snail. I feel like a horrible human being. It's a disgusting feeling to know that there is something slimy on the bottom of your shoe, and the sound of crushing some thing's fragile home makes me feel like a murderer of homes.

5. I've always wanted a pet tiger like Princess Jasmine. I've always envied her for that very reason.

6. I don't like soccer. All I've got to say is "why don't you just... go play tennis!" (shout out to Matt Roberts)

7. People say secrets don't make friends but i really like secret that make friendships. It makes me feel closer to that friend.

8. It surprises me how well certain people know me. For example, Kelsey can tell when I'm embarrassed or excited. I don't know how but somehow she knows. My parents can tell when I'm in a bothered mood. (yes, i really underestimated them.)

9. I'm not a good liar. When it comes to people i know i just can't do it. One time I tried to lie to Tyffany about the reason i don't go with her on a trip and i ended up telling her the truth. When i lie to people i know, all i do is laugh.

10. I want to do something cool in life. I really look up to people like Blake Mycoskie. I think what he does is so humble and i try to be like him and people like him.

One Day I Came Across the 10 Day Challenge...

I pretty much think I'm a horrible person. I made a goal to write something at least once a month. I'm hoping to make up for my let-down this month. Kelsey brought this challenge to my attention the other day. It's called the 10 day challenge. Basically, you write a blog for the next 10 days with whatever topic it tells you to do (Did that last sentence make sense?). I'm not sure if I should start to day or tomorrow but here is what the 10 Day Challenge consists of...

Remember that this stuff is supposed to be about you, not your neighbor. Let's get deep. =)
PS. I don't blog on Sundays. It's not by choice. I just forget. I can't control what my mind retains.

One Day I Got A Job At Bass Pro Shops...

I FINALLY got a job!! Well, a seasonal job. I was hired to be one of Santa's Helpers in Santa's Wonderland in Bass Pro. I played games with little kids all day and got paid for it. I like to think it was a pretty easy thing to do. Yea, I got the angery parent every now and them but it was nothin we couldn't handle. I made a couple of new friends like: Angela, Crystal, and Zephan, and reunited with a couple of old friends like: Jackie and Stephanie.
At first I was placed at a station called Cozy Critter.... Let me tell ya. It was not my favorite. Then, I was got switched to the games where I stood for the rest of my time there. :) Near the end, I tried ditching the games to talk to the people in the line for pictures.

When we first started it was SO slow that we took it upon ourselves to have fun in the Wonderland. We learned how to play all the games. Not only that, we became experts. The only game that none of us understood was that stupid Hunting game!! But on the upside, when we got tried of playing games we took pictures with Santa! :D
I'm sad that it ended but i'm happy that parents no longer tell their kids that I'm the reason their Christmas was ruined. Yea, someone actually pulled that card. I even had little kids give me dirty looks because their parents didn't want to wait in line to take a picture.

Well, hopefully I can find another job soon. :)

One Day We Found An iPod and A Camera...

So, last Thursday I picked up Tyff to go out. Well, we had no set plans so it was more of a random outing. Our evening started out rather swell. We went to my house to eat dinner with the Sisters then, we were supposed to help my mom make some Christmas ornaments for some event that she's helping out with. After we dropped off Norma we were on our way to meet my mom but she called us and said that we were no longer needed. I asked Tyffany if she wanted to go home yet and she said no. We got off the freeway and started driving around town, thinking of something to do.

It all started with a question...

"Do you have your camera?"

We knew that we wanted to take picture but the next question was Of What?

To make a long story short we started to take random pictures of ourselves while listening to music on Tyff's iPod. Whatever the song reminded us of, we tried our best to make that scene happen.

I guess this is more of a picture blog. (do those exist?) But that's totally the fun part! :D
Here are some of the best ones...

One Day I Decided To Like October...

First things first...

I am unsatisfied with my blog so I'm going to try to change it up a little. I'm not the best writer but hey, what better way to practice right?

This month has been awesome. I've never done so many things, for Halloween, in my life! Tyff told me about her plans for October and told me that i could participate in whatever i wanted with her.

Looking Back...
1st weekend of Oct. was conference but that didn't stop us. We went to the annual Pumpkin Festival.

The Monday after that we made Halloween Treats for my FHE group.

The week after that we went to see a scary move, Case 39, went to the Spirits store, watched Tim Burton movies and colored in our Halloween coloring books.

The third week of October we went to a SUPER scary place called Pirates of Emerson. It scarred the beegeezees outta me. We also went to the YSA Halloween activity and made a scary movie.

The last week of October was definitely the best. We started out the week by going to Del Oso Farms. The next day we carved our pumpkins. We went shopping for our costumes. We went to an AMAZING Halloween party at Shannon's house. Then finally after waiting for so the the day was here to celebrate. We went to the Lloyd's home to party it up. That night we went trick-or-treating, told scary stories, and played Just Dance.

Well, that's it for now.

ps. Most pictures came from Tyffany's blog. Check it out!

One Day I Realized I Loved My Tolman Orphens...

One Day I Realized Just How Much I Really Loved People With The Last Name "Tolman"

We enjoyed each others presence but didn't know why.

As the days got colder Kelsey Marie had to leave to another place far far away to further her education. (BYU-I)

As we were saying our goodbyes another soul came into my life...

Tyffany Christine

She is very special to me.

We go to Denny's at 9 pm.
